Where is my health data stored?
Only on your phone. Meals, symptoms, reactions, and your Medical ID never leave your device. Deleting the app deletes them.
Why doesn't a meal I just ate show under my reaction?
Alpha-gal reactions typically arrive 3–8 hours after the meal, so the reaction log highlights foods eaten in that window. Meals eaten under 3 hours before appear separately, marked as outside the typical delay.
How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?
Open the paywall and tap "Restore purchases" while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
How do I delete my community account?
You tab → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and everything you posted.
How do I report a post?
Tap the ⋯ menu on any post or comment → Report. We review reports within 24 hours. You can also block any member.
